As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location within walking distance to the city center. The friendly and helpful staff provided us with valuable recommendations for exploring Stockholm. The breakfast buffet, included in our room rate, offered a wide variety of options, including a make-your-own waffle section.

Felt privileged, nothing to complain about.

The hotel has a brilliant position, being close to the metro station and the center of the city. It's perfect for getting around but not too noisy. The room is comfortable and clean, with a good quality bed and a decent bathroom. The breakfast provides a good variety of choices, served until 11 am. The friendly staff is always available and willing to help. there are three elevators which make it easier to access the higher floors fast.

Affordable place to stay while in Stockholm. Staff were dedicated and we liked our being there. We had functional king room with the bedroom, tea, as for instance. The food was GOOD and included slices of fresh bread, cheese and milk.

The hotel was spotless and luxury, I loved its good location and staff.

I recently stayed at Birger Jarl for my birthday and it was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, the staff were incredibly helpful, and they even accommodated our needs when we had problems with the bed. On top of that, they offered a complimentary drink at the hotel bar to celebrate my special day. The breakfast at the hotel was great and the beds were super comfy. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and was conveniently located near many popular sights in the city.
